Responsibilities:

* Electronics design and product development, from conceptualization, initial design, prototyping, to implementation
o Embedded system hardware and firmware design

* Carry out performance optimization, cost analysis, prototyping, until production

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering / Electronics, with strong background in embedded system design
* Relevant work experience of 2-3 years in a product development / R&D environment
* Strong skills in C programming language
* Experienced in PCB design
* Experience with any of the following will be a plus: DAQ systems (Labview), product safety standards (UL, TUV), EMC testing and countermeasures, PC software development
* Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills
* Good command in written and spoken English
* Innovative, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team

1. Pelamar wajib datang langsung untuk menyerahkan Surat Lamaran;
2. Panitia tidak melayani/menerima berkas surat lamaran yang dikirim melalui Pos;
3. Bagi Pelamar yang menyampaikan surat lamaran sebelum dan sesudah waktu
yang telah ditetapkan tidak dapat diterima dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku/tidak
sah/gugur;
4. Pelamar bersedia menandatangani Surat Pernyataan bahwa apabila dinyatakan
lulus dan mengundurkan diri sanggup mengganti biaya yang dikeluarkan Panitia
sebesar Rp. 15.000.000,- (lima belas juta rupiah) untuk disetor ke Kas Daerah
Pemerintah Kota Surabaya yang ditandatangani diatas materai Rp. 6000,-
(enam ribu rupiah);

situs Pemerintah Kota Surabaya http://www.surabaya.go.id. Para Pelamar
disarankan untuk terus memantau situs dimaksud;

DASAR : lowongan cpns
1. Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1974 tentang Pokok-pokok Kepegawaian, sebagaimana
telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 43 Tahun 1999.
2. Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintah Daerah, sebagaimana telah
diubah beberapa kali terakhir dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2008;
3. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 97 Tahun 2000 tentang Formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil,
sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 54 Tahun 2003.
4. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 98 Tahun 2000 tentang Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil,
sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2002.
5. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 9 Tahun 2003 tentang Wewenang Pengangkatan, Pemindahan
dan Pemberhentian Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
6. Keputusan Kepala BKN Nomor 11 Tahun 2002 tanggal 17 Juni 2002 tentang ketentuan
pelaksanaan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 98 Tahun 2000 tentang Pengadaan PNS
sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2002.

10 Juli 2009 Perihal Persetujuan Prinsip Tambahan Formasi CPNS Daerah Tahun 2009.
8. Surat Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor 251.P/M.PAN/9/2009 tanggal
9 September 2009 Perihal Persetujuan Rincian Formasi CPNS Daerah Tahun 2009.
9. Peraturan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara Nomor 30 Tahun 2007 Tanggal 27 Agustus
2007 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
10. Keputusan Walikota Yogyakarta Nomor 558/KEP/2009 tanggal 19 Oktober 2009 tentang
Formasi CPNS Daerah Kota Yogyakarta Tahun 2009.
Bersama ini diberitahukan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta akan menyelenggarakan seleksi
Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah dari Pelamar Umum dengan ketentuan sebagai
berikut :
I. PERSYARATAN UMUM
1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia ;
2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya berusia
35 (tigapuluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 1 Januari 2010 dan dapat berusia lebih dari 35
(tigapuluh lima) tahun sampai dengan 40 (empat puluh) tahun per tanggal 1 Januari
2010, harus mempunyai masa kerja tidak terputus, paling kurang 12 (dua belas) tahun
8 (delapan) bulan dihitung sampai dengan 31 Desember 2009 pada Instansi
Pemerintah atau Lembaga Swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang
kepentingan nasional, sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 98
Tahun 2000 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11
Tahun 2002 dan ketentuan Pelaksanaannya;
3. Telah terdaftar pada Kantor/Dinas Tenaga Kerja, dibuktikan dengan Kartu Pencari
Kerja ( AK.I );
4. Mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan keterampilan yang diperlukan;
5. Berkelakuan baik yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian
(SKCK) dari Kepolisian Resort (Polres);
6. Tidak sedang melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi;
7. Sehat jasmani dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan dari Dokter Pemerintah;
8. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan Keputusan Pengadilan
yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena suatu tindakan pidana
kejahatan;
9. Tidak pernah terlibat dalam suatu kegiatan/gerakan yang menentang Pancasila, UUD
1945, Negara dan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia;
10. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak
dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Anggota TNI/POLRI atau diberhentikan
tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta ;
11. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia;
12. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai PNS /CPNS maupun anggota TNI/POLRI.
Catatan : Persyaratan umum No. 8 s/d No. 12 dilampirkan setelah lulus seleksi
CPNS dalam pemberkasan usulan NIP.
II. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
1. Semua Pelamar dengan Kualifikasi Pendidikan DII, DIII, Sarjana dengan minimal
Indeks Prestasi ( IP ) Kumulatif 2,75 kecuali bagi Pelamar yang masih mengabdikan
diri sebagai Tenaga Bantuan (Naban) di Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta, dengan
melampirkan Surat Keputusan Pengangkatan menjadi Naban oleh Kepala
SKPD/Kepala Bagian pada Sekretariat Daerah yang pertama dan terakhir.
2. Dikecualikan, bagi pelamar yang diterima sebagai guru kelas pada sekolah dasar
yang memiliki pendidikan D2 PGSD wajib menempuh pendidikan dan lulus S1
PGSD secara swadana selama-lamanya 5 (lima) tahun sejak diangkat sebagai CPNS,
dibuktikan dengan surat pernyataan yang dibubuhi materai Rp.6000 (dilampirkan
setelah lulus seleksi CPNS dalam pemberkasanan NIP).
III. JENIS, JUMLAH FORMASI YANG DIBUTUHKAN DAN KUALIFIKASI
PENDIDIKAN YANG DISYARATKAN

Tenaga Kesehatan : 114 formasi
Tenaga Teknis Lainnya : 111 formasi

IV. TAHAPAN PENDAFTARAN
A. Registrasi On Line
1. Registrasi peserta secara on line melalui http://cpnsd2009.jogjakota.go.id mulai
tanggal 4 November 2009 pukul 08.00 WIB s/d 10 November 2009 pukul 24.00
WIB;
2. Mengisi formulir registrasi yang tersedia dalam Website dengan memperhatikan
petunjuk pengisian secara cermat dan hati-hati;
3. Setiap pelamar hanya boleh melamar pada 1 formasi jabatan;
4. Mencetak bukti registrasi on-line sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar dan menandatangani
bukti registrasi on-line.
B. Pengiriman Berkas Lamaran
1. Pendaftaran dianggap sah apabila berkas lamaran yang telah dilengkapi
persyaratan diserahkan kepada panitia pengadaan mulai tanggal 5 – 11
November 2009 jam 08.00 s/d 13.00 WIB kecuali hari Jum’at dan Sabtu sampai
dengan jam 11.00 WIB bertempat di :
PUSDIKLAT DEPDAGRI REGIONAL YOGYAKARTA
Jl. Melati Kulon Nomor I Baciro Yogyakarta.
2. Panitia hanya menerima berkas lamaran dari pelamar yang telah melakukan
registrasi on-line yang dibuktikan dengan print-out registrasi on-line.
3. Setiap pelamar hanya boleh mengirimkan 1 (satu) berkas lamaran sesuai dengan
lamaran yang dipilih.
4. Surat Lamaran ditujukan kepada Walikota Yogyakarta ditulis dengan tangan
sendiri, menggunakan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani, serta menyebutkan
Jabatan yang dilamar (tanpa materai) dengan melampirkan :
a. Print-out bukti registrasi on-line dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar.
b. 1 (satu) lembar foto copy ijasah terakhir (bukan ijasah sementara/keterangan
lulus/bukti yudisium) dan 1 (satu) lembar foto copy transkip akademik yang
masing-masing telah dilegalisasi oleh pejabat yang berwenang.
Pejabat yang berwenang melegalisasi sebagaimana anak lampiran II;
c. Pas foto hitam putih terbaru ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 4 (empat) lembar,
dimasukkan dalam plastik kecil disebaliknya ditulis nama;
d. 1 (satu) lembar Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) asli dari
Kepolisian Resort (Polres) yang masih berlaku;
e. 1 (satu) lembar Surat Keterangan Sehat asli dari Dokter Pemerintah yang
masih berlaku;
f. Foto copy sah surat Keputusan/bukti pengangkatan pertama sampai dengan
pengangkatan terakhir, dari Kepala/Pimpinan Instansi Pemerintah/ lembaga
swasta bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun
sampai dengan 40 (empat puluh) tahun per tanggal 1 Januari 2010 harus
mempunyai masa kerja tidak terputus paling kurang 12 tahun 8 bulan
dihitung sampai dengan 31 Desember 2009 pada Instansi Pemerintah atau
Lembaga Swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan
nasional dan mempunyai kesesuaian antara pendidikan, pengalaman kerja
dan jabatan yang dilamar.
g. Foto copy KTP yang masih berlaku.
h. Kartu pencari kerja (AK 1) Asli yang masih berlaku.
i. Surat Pernyataan tidak sedang melanjutkan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi
dibubuhi materai Rp.6.000,-
5. Berkas lamaran tersebut diatas dimasukkan dalam Stop Map dengan ketentuan :
Tenaga Guru : Merah
Tenaga Kesehatan : Hijau
Tenaga Teknis : Kuning
Pada Stop map ditulis :
• Nama;
• No Registrasi on-line;
• Jabatan yang dilamar, misal: Perawat, Guru kelas;
• Kualifikasi pendidikan, misal: D3 perawat, S1 PGSD, S1 Teknik
Informatika;
• Nomor telepon Rumah dan HP bila ada ( telepon yang mudah dihubungi ).
6. Setiap pendaftar hanya diperbolehkan melamar untuk 1 (satu) jenis formasi.
7. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tersebut diatas, dinyatakan
tidak lolos seleksi administrasi.
8. Seluruh berkas lamaran yang masuk menjadi milik panitia.
V. PELAKSANAAN UJIAN SELEKSI
1. Ujian tertulis dilaksanakan serentak se Propinsi DIY pada
Hari : Minggu tanggal 22 November 2009
Waktu : pukul 08.00 WIB s/d selesai.
Tempat/ Lokasi Ujian : dapat dilihat di website http://cpnsd2009.jogjakota.go.id atau
pada papan pengumuman BKD, Dinas Kesehatan, RSUD,
Dinas Pendidikan mulai tanggal 20 November 2009.
2. Materi seleksi :
a. Tes Kompetensi Dasar ( TKD )
I. Kelompok tes pengetahuan umum terdiri dari :
1. Ideologi (Pancasila, Undang-Undang Dasar 1945).
2. Politik (Sistem Administrasi Negara Republik Indonesia, Sistem
Pemerintahan Pusat dan Daerah, Politik Dalam Negeri, Politik Luar
Negeri).
3. Ekonomi (Sistem Perekonomian Nasional, Kebijaksanaan Fiscal dan
Moneter).
4. Sosial Budaya (Sejarah Kebangsaan, Masyarakat Madani).
5. Hankam (Wawasan Nusantara, Sistem Pertahanan dan Keamanan).
6. Hukum (Norma Hukum, Asas Hukum, Supremasi Hukum).
II. Kelompok tes bakat skolastik, terdiri dari :
1. Kemampuan verbal (padanan kata/sinonim, lawan kata/antonim, analogi,
pemahaman wacana).
2. Kemampuan kuantitatif (deretan angka, aritmatika, geometrika).
3. Kemampuan penalaran (penalaran logis, penalaran analitis).
III. Kelompok tes skala kematangan, terdiri dari :
1. Kemampuan beradaptasi (berupaya memahami perubahan, memahami
pendapat orang lain).
2. Pengendalian diri (pengendalian emosi, bersikap tenang).
3. Semangat berprestasi (fokus pada tugas, kemampuan meningkatkan kerja).
4. Integritas (kejujuran, konsistensi).
5. Inisiatif (melakukan sesuatu tanpa menunggu perintah, mengantisipasi
terhadap masalah).
b. Tes Bahasa Inggris.
c. Tes Pengetahuan Teknologi Informasi.
3. Perlengkapan yang harus dibawa pada waktu Ujian Seleksi :
a. Asli Kartu / Tanda Peserta Ujian CPNS Tahun 2009
b. Asli Tanda Pengenal Identitas Diri (KTP/SIM.)

Bagi peserta ujian yang tidak membawa kartu ujian tidak diperkenankan
mengikuti ujian tulis dengan alasan apapun.
VI. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI
1. Pengumuman hasil seleksi didasarkan pada hasil ujian tertulis sesuai urutan rangking
tertinggi per jenis formasi sejumlah formasi yang dibutuhkan.
2. Pengumuman hasil seleksi akan disampaikan oleh Panitia melalui media cetak daerah,
dan papan pengumuman di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah, Dinas Kesehatan, RSUD,
Dinas Pendidikan Kota Yogyakarta dan Website http://cpnsd2009.jogjakota.go.id
VII. LAIN-LAIN.
1. Seluruh proses pengadaan CPNS mulai dari proses pendaftaran/pelamaran, pelaksanaan
seleksi sampai dengan penentuan kelulusan tidak dipungut biaya dan bebas dari praktek
korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme.
Apabila ada orang yang menjanjikan dapat memasukan sebagai CPNS adalah
Penipuan.
2. Seluruh Dokumen yang telah diserahkan, menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta
kembali.
3. Bagi pelamar yang terbukti memberikan keterangan atau dokumen palsu dinyatakan
tidak lulus atau gugur.
4. Keputusan Tim Pengadaan CPNSD Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta Tahun 2009 tidak
dapat diganggu gugat.
