Responsibilities :
Plan, supervise and coordinate the activities of nickel mines, to be able to achieve the production target given
To take care of statutory guidelines stated in various circulars, mining regulations, Acts, Rules during mine planning and scheduling in a manner that improves operational and financial effectiveness
Consider environment effects in all areas of influence
Make report progress monthly for all mining activity
Give clarification and guidance to related department about mining plan
Ensure target is achieved in meeting production requirement, HSE&Q and commercial results for the business
General requirements :
Male
Graduate in Mining Engineering
Have licensing / certificate of POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama)
Experience in KTT and able to present projects comprehensively
Understanding in mining operation : overburden and nickel production, drilling and blasting, fleet management, heavy equipment and supporting understanding in cost analysis, material and transportation / handling system.
Experience in mine design, planning and scheduling
Have knowledge of mining process, starting from pit to barging
Experience in open-cut coal or nickel mine operation
Good relation with mining government
Good in English, both written and verbal
Familiar with mining software
