Warehouse Manager
Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the role)
- Manage all Warehouse activities according to GMP regulation, health and Safety Environmental.
- Serve the Generics and all Business Unit overseas buyer with optimum service level by maintaining on time delivery.
- Responsible for managing the stocks and deliveries of products and materials in order to optimize the availability and freshness.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in order to improve material planning.
- Ensure all materials are store according to approved storage condition in order to maintain material quality.
- Manage warehouse capacity and implement put away strategy to maximize warehouse space and reduce unnecessary cost.
- Manage and control of Budgeted Warehouse especially Over Time cost.
- Manage and control regular physical stock take.
- Manage and control material destruction for all return, rejected, expired and damage products/materials.
- Supervise smooth implementation of SAP – Inventory Management and Warehouse Management Module and MFG-Pro Module.
- Develop and review Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) related with warehouse process and implement in the daily activities.
- Coordinate and control delivery products to customers to achieved target distributor service level.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with Supplier, Transporters and Distributor.
- Responsible to performs Distributor’s Warehouse Audit across the nations to ensure good practices on materials handling and storage, warehouse facility, process and procedures.
- Responsible to lead and manage warehouse team (Warehouse Supervisor, Foreman and Storekeeper).
- Report directly to Head of Supply Chain Management.
- Good Warehousing complying to Novartis GMP, Industrial Hygiene, Health Safety and Environmental policy.
- Accurate data of stock.
- Reach Customer Service Level of Local and Export products as targeted.
- On time submission of costing report.
- Controlling Warehouse Budgeted.
- Zero accident in Warehouse.
General qualification for university entrance , university of applied sciences, university.
Languages :
Fluent in English.
Experience :
Some years professional experience in supply chain management, warehousing. Knowledge of complex supply and logistics processes and ideally knowledge in project management.
