* S1 Law Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00

Requirement

Responsibilities

* Develop incentives scheme for employees especially regular salesperson
* Develop plan to motivate salesperson to achieve their target
* Plan and monitor periodically sales program and event
* Monitor and Report periodically incentive program
* Act as a PIC for coordinating and organizing sales development program such as training, motivational, sales camp and other programs related to enrichment of salesperson’s knowledge and skills
* Act as a PIC for coordinating and organizing sales events such as sales meeting, sales congress and other sales events/activities
