Responsibilities
- Your responsibility is to analyze marketing program proposal, monitor and evaluate marketing program implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Financial Management (min GPA 2,75).
- Good analytical thinking, integrity, and communication skill.
- You must possess knowledge of auditing, accounting, finance, and taxation.
Engineering Staff
As an Engineer, you will be posted in our business industries (automotive, sales operation, heavy equipment, agribusiness, and infrastructure) in one of these functions :
- Maintenance
- Production
- Product and Planning Inventory Coordinator
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- Product Design
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical Engineering Major
- Actively involve in organizational activities, with minimum GPA 2.75
- Having 1 or 2 years experiences will be an advantage
MT - Marketing
Responsibilities
- As a key player in automotive industry, we need dynamic and outstanding individuals to lead the team in achieving optimum performance in marketing field. You will be prepared and trained to be our Sales Supervisor, Sales Operation Head, Parts Sales Supervisor, and Marketing Development. Your career to be our future Branch Manager.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field with min GPA 2.8.

Audit Staff
Responsibilities
- Audit financial report, cash flow management, taxation, business process, systems and procedures
- Ensure that all business process are conducted according to Astra’s standard
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accountancy, Management or Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Have conceptual and systematic thinking and fast learner
- Have interpersonal & communication skill
Faculty Member
Responsibilities
- Perform need analysis, program design and development, teaching and program evaluation
- Monitor and provide guidelines for the implementation of “InnovAstra” program throughout Astra Group, and to ensure the improvement and innovation program run well
- Bring the latest development or best practices in knowledge management, organization development and system management
- Ensure the module meets the business needs and requirements
- Convert the new knowledge into organizational competencies
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology, Business Management or Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferable in Training & Development
- Have strong passion in People Development
- Required skill(s): Techical competencies (instructional design, consultation skills, presentation skills, IT literate and fluent in english), Non technical competencies (conceptual and sytematic thinking, business acumen, interpersonal & communication skill, learning ability/fast learner)
