HR MANAGER (code HRM)
Job Description:
The incumbent will have dual reporting line to HR Director and GM Estate and be responsible for the overall HR function in the job site. This is a very senior position in the jobsite and the incumbent will have a close contact and interactions with expatriate managers. An attractive remuneration package, including incentive, accommodation and transportation would be provided to the incumbent. This position will be stationed in plants in Kalimantan.
Requirement:
- Min S1 degree from reputable university, and be familiar with all related labor laws and regulations
- At least 5 years of experiences in industrial relations from a unionized company
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in the English language
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point)
