The coal mining business strategy was chosen as this is parallel to the Indonesian Government energy policy which stipulated that coal become second priority of energy sources after oil. In the mid of 2002 to further develop the company into an efficient and liable company, a new management and organization structure were established. Marketing Manager

Qualification & Experience:
Degree in any discipline, will be advantage if master degree in Sales Marketing Major
Familiar to use Balance Score Card, PDCA, Etc
Have knowledge to make business Process, business analyst in sales & marketing Strategic Planning, and proven track
Male, not more than 40 years old
Have Marketing Experience 7 – 9 years, will be advantage if in coal mining experience
Have strong analyst coal market development
