Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
• Directly report to General Manager and dotted line report to the Head of the Group HR;
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including development and implementation of sound HR policies and procedures, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and any other ad-hoc projects in accordance with the guidelines set by the head office and the applicable laws;
• Ensuring competitiveness in the performance management, employee relations and training & development;
• Producing accurate management reports and HR budgets as required.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline from a reputable university;
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years working experience at managerial level;
• Having hands on skill in human resources management, general affairs, industrial relationship & safety, tax and payroll computation;
• Well-versed in employment-related government regulations and statutory requirements;
• Strong analytical mind, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Resourceful, well organized and result-driven team leader/player;
• Proficient in written & spoken English and computer literate.
