We hold the CCOW 3rd Generation, running construction stage. Our mine site located in Muara Enim – South Sumatera and our head office, base in Jakarta. We produces coals and supplies electricity and alternative energy to power utilities and industries. The Company is urgently seeking professionals to fill the following positions at its Headquarter in Jakarta and site operations as: 1. GOVERMENT RELATION & LAND AQUITITION MANAGER (CODE : LAND & GOV) Will reports directly to Legal Director and and will be responsible to :
• Land aquitition for prepare mining operation.
• All of Local Government Regulation related land aquitition & permitting.
• Company s representatives for External Affair & General Affair.
• Maintain good relation with Local Government. 2. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (CODE : COMDEV) Will Reports directly to Legal Director and will be responsible to :
• Community Development strategic planning.
• Community Development budgeting.
• Community Development implementating and monitoring.
• Maintain good relation with Local Community. Requirements (1 & 2) :
• Minimum Diploma degree in related field from reputable University.
• Familiar with South Sumatera – Muara Enim Area (preferably original citizen from South Sumatera).
• Familiar with local government regulation especially mining work.
• Min. 7 years professional experience in the same field in Mining Company.
• Able to influence people, good communication, negotiation & interpersonal skill.
• Max age 55 years old.
• Computer Literate.
• Fluent in English.
• Fast learner, problem solver, and trustworthy. 3. CHIEF ENGINEERING (CODE : ENG) Will Reports directly to Operation Director and will be responsible to :
• Mine planning of project.
• Mine development of project.
• Mine budgeting. 4. MINING MANAGER (CODE : MINE MNGR) Will reports directly to Operation Director and will be responsible to :
• Mine operation of construction & production stage.
• Mining contractors.
• Manage Construction & Production target achievement base on schedule. Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in mining engineering from reputable University
• Min. 7 years professional experience with 5 years as mine planning engineer in Coal Mining Company.
• Computer Literate & able to operate software like Autocad, Map info.
• Max age 45 years old.
• Fluent in English.
