Recruitment Officer (REC-OF)
Requirements :

* Minimum S1 degree, majoring of Psychology from reputable university
* Minimum GPA 3,00
* Having minimum 1 year working experience in Recruitment area within banking industry
* Good Analytical thinking
* Good interpersonal and communication skill

Responsibilities:

* To do end to end recruitment process (psychological test, interview, and hiring finalization)
* Handle recruitment project and any task required to support recruitment function
