General Requirements:

* Graduate from a reputable University with GPA min 275, S1 Engineering (A, B, C, D, G, H), S1 Law, Management, Psychology (F), S1 Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering or any (E), S1 of any dicipline (I).
* Min. 5 years expeiience (A) Mm 3 years experience (B, C, D, E, F, G, H) in similar position, fresh graduated (I).
* Excellent command of English, both orally and in writing. Possess computer literacy (MS Office).
* Having a valid driving license “A” / SIM A (H)
* Be a good team player, enthusiastic, proactive, and have excellent interactive skills with all level of management and staffs.
* Age not more than 40 years old (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H), not more than 27 years old (I)
* Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
* Having good knowledge in CATERPILLAR heavy equipment product.
* Willing to be based at any branches throughout Indonesia.

Specific Requirements:

* Having knowledge in technical & mechanical systems of heavy equipment along with its repair and maintenance procedures (A, B, D, G)
* Having knowledge in human resources management and labor law (F)
* Having knowledge in occupational safety & health management system (include contamination control) and familiar with OHSAS 18001 : 2007 (E)
* Good communication and presentation skill in English with at least having TOEIC score 400 (I)
