Asiadrill operations office is located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan and is principally used for logistical and administrative purposes, whilst the head office is located in Jakarta. Site offices are located in many regional centers

Procurement Supervisor
The main duty is to support all materials and parts request from our sites or our office in Balikpapan with the good coordination and communication with all staffs at Balikpapan and sites as well.
The Requirements:
* Male, Single, age max. 40 years old
* Min. Diploma (S1) degree preferably from Mechanical Engineering
* Domicile in Jakarta
* Having experience on procurement or purchasing department min. 1 year
* Having a good negotiation and communication skill
* Having knowledge about import processing is an advantage
* Having knowledge of vendors in Jakarta is a must
* Having knowledge of vendors in Balikpapan or overseas is an advantage
* Able to speak English actively
* Able to work under pressure and responsive with all demands from site
* Target oriented
Administrative Assistant
Qualification :
* Female, single
* Minimum D 3 secretarial academy graduated
* Able to speak English actively
* Experienced to handle job of secretarial duties will be an advantage
* Experienced as a Receptionist/Secretary/Public Relation is an advantage
* Generous and humble
* Able to work overtime.
* Familiar to operate MS Office program : MS Word, MS Excel
* Familiar to work with internet
Job Description :
* Doing all kind of secretarial duties
* To handle incoming and outgoing calls
* To handle incoming letters/fax and distribute to all staffs
* To handle outgoing letters or package and fully responsible to cooperate with courier service and make sure that the recipients are received the document or package
* To make travel arrangements
* Filing and documenting all of company documents
* Responsible for the meeting room
* Make a personnel administration report
* As a guest relation for visitors
* Meal and drink arrangements for the meeting
* Able to work as the company needed
