1. Office Management

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Real Estate Engineering or equivalent
2. Min 1-2 years of relevant working experiences in facilities management / M&E with at least 1 year experience in managing Office Management department.
3. Good communication with strong leadership skills
4. Possess an eye of detail and service oriented

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible & oversee the Maintenance & Facilities Management of the Building
2. Planning and supervision of a comprehensive facility management programme
3. Managing of common property, carrying out routine preventive maintenance program, managing budget and expenditure and preparing monthly report.
4. Carry out trouble shooting responsibilities in M&E system and defects management.
5. Manage facilities / building maintenance


2. Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Job description:

To operate, provide and recorde daily maintenance of electrical and mechanical tools of:

* Electricity panels and KWH meter
* Water pumps, plumbing and tap in all toilets and PDAM meter
* Genset, fire alarm, electrical installation, lights, A/C, CCTV
* Record any tool's usage / damage in tools history list

Requirement:

* Male, age of 20 - 26 years old
* Minimum education of certificates in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
* Possess working experiences in electrical building maintenance or contractor engineering company for at least 2 years
* Willing to travel
* Good customer service skills and detail oriented
