I.Civil Engineer (Code: CIVIL) - (Jawa Barat - Cikarang Barat)
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible to
• Responsible to make sure the project is on schedule
• Control & report progress of the project
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Max age 28 years;
• Min. 2-3 yr experience as a Civil Engineer preferably from pulp & paper;
• Preferably specializing in Engineering Civil/ Construction/ Structural
• Excellent in using Auto CAD or any architecture software;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, initiative, persistence, diligent, hard
worker and able to work under pressure;
• Has basic knowledge Civil Engineer on problem solving and detail process;
• Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively;
• Willing to be placed within the factory area in Cikarang Barat, West Java
II.Senior Production Staff (PROD) - (Jawa Barat - West Java - Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
* Operate Stock Preparation and / or Paper Machinery equipments, and assure equipments are running efficiently
Requirements:
* S1-Mechanical / Chemical Engineering from reputable university
* Minimum 5 years experience in heavy industry, preferably pulp & paper
* Age 30 - 40 years old
* Good verbal and written communication in English
* Computer literate (minimum MS Office)
* Willing to work in shifts at factory location in Cikarang Barat, West Java Indonesia
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
III.Senior Mechanic Engineer (EM) - (Cikarang Barat)
Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance of mechanic part of paper machineries
Requirements:
* D3 / S1-Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
* Minimum 5 years experience in heavy industry, preferably pulp & paper
* Age 30 - 40 years
* Minimum GPA 3.0
* Good verbal and written communication in English
* Computer literate (minimum MS Office)
* Willing to work in shifts at factory location in Cikarang Barat, West Java
IV.Senior Electric Engineer (EE) - (Cikarang Barat)
Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance of drive system and power distribution of paper machineries
Requirements:
* D3 / S1-Electrical Engineering from reputable university
* Minimum 5 years experience in heavy industry, preferably pulp & paper
* Age 30 – 40 years
* Minimum GPA 3.0
* Good verbal and written communication in English
* Computer literate (minimum MS Office)
* Willing to work in shifts at factory location in Cikarang Barat, West Java
V.Process Engineering (code: PRE) - (Jawa Barat - Cikarang)
Responsibilities:
* Reducing utility usage, increase production, improve product quality and improve effluent quality.
* Monitoring paper machines process, generate and implement any suggestion
* Utility consumption daily report (LP Steam, process water, power)
* Report monthly plant performance
* Develop process water and stock mass balance
* Trouble shooting related to utility consumption (steam, process water, chemical, electricity) and paper machine effluent quality (TSS, COD, effluent volume)
* Continues improvement facilitator for department and support employee to generate ideas of improvement
Requirements:
* Preferred age 25 to 35 years old
* Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with min GPA 3,00)
* At least 3 (three) years experiences in Paper Industry is preferable
* Ability to creatively identify and pursue new ideas, solutions, methods or opportunities to increase productivity and quality
* Fast learner, hardworking and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Good understanding on MS. Office & other Engineering software would be a benefit
* Excellent in English (Written & Spoken), Mandarin is plus point
