Our client is a well known direct selling company. Currently, they are seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the position of:
Plant Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Tangerang (JATAKE))
Responsibilities:
- • Responsible for planning and directing his / her subordinates
- and all plant activities
- • Ensure maximum plant output, the correct and efficient
- operation of the plant operation and services
- • Meet set Plant efficiency meet targets with the highest quality
- and the highest practicable efficiencies and utilization, with the
- lowest cost, and consistent implemented work standard with
- Company practice and policies.
- • To prepare, subject to management approval, sales forecasts,
- expense budgets and personnel and capital requirements.
Requirements:
- • Hold Degree in a relevant study
- • Male / Female with minimum 30 years
- • Having work experience minimum 5 years in technical/
- production process / QA, with 3 years of working exposure
- in managing as Plant Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry
- • Good knowledge in Quality Management Systems
- • Shows strong leadership, planning and organizing skills
- • Able to demonstrate high quality and thoroughness in
- working
- • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- • Computer literate
- • English literate, verbal and written
- • Willing to work at JATAKE
