Our client is a well known direct selling company. Currently, they are seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Plant Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Tangerang (JATAKE))

Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for planning and directing his / her subordinates
• and all plant activities
• • Ensure maximum plant output, the correct and efficient
• operation of the plant operation and services
• • Meet set Plant efficiency meet targets with the highest quality
• and the highest practicable efficiencies and utilization, with the
• lowest cost, and consistent implemented work standard with
• Company practice and policies.
• • To prepare, subject to management approval, sales forecasts,
• expense budgets and personnel and capital requirements.

Requirements:

• • Hold Degree in a relevant study
• • Male / Female with minimum 30 years
• • Having work experience minimum 5 years in technical/
• production process / QA, with 3 years of working exposure
• in managing as Plant Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry
• • Good knowledge in Quality Management Systems
• • Shows strong leadership, planning and organizing skills
• • Able to demonstrate high quality and thoroughness in
• working
• • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• • Computer literate
• • English literate, verbal and written
• • Willing to work at JATAKE
