Compliance Officer (code: Compliance - JDB)
Job Summary :

* Periodically reviews and updates Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees.
* Monitors and coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and requirements and to identify trends.
* Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested
* Exercising Compliance Risk Assessment
* Focusing on Regulatory Compliance Issues and formulating its mitigation plan

Job Requirements :

* Minimum Bachelor degree from Social Science back ground (Legal Basic of knowledge will be an advantage)
* Conducting Compliance or Risk function experience
* Self motivated
* Have a strong analytical skill and interpersonal skill
* Target Oriented

Legal Officer (code: Legal - JDB)
Job Summary :

* Periodically reviews & drafting Legal documents e.g. agreement/contract, Corporate Formal Letter.
* Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates Legal activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status.
* Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested
* Focusing on Legal Corporate including analyzing regulations related to insurance company and its mitigation plan
* To keep and maintain all legal documents and legal administration process

Job Requirements :

* Minimum Bachelor degree of Law with IPK min 2,75 from a reputable university
* Familiar with Litigation procedure (Litigation experience would be an advantage) Target oriented
* Have a strong analytical and interpersonal skill
* Self Motivated
* Mature and able to work under minimum supervision
