Technical Support Manager (TSM)
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of technical engineers
* Plan, organize, and managing resources allocation
* Sizing of jobs, estimation of project lead time and effort
* Develop of technical specification
* Pre-sales consultation to sales and marketing staffs as well as customers if required
Requirements:
* Male, age between 26 – 35 years old
* Min. S-1 graduate from reputable university
* Min has 2 (two) years relevant experiences as technical manager preferable from System Integrator background
* Having capability in project management
* Strong understanding of IP networking and information security, hold Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, and other certification would be a good value
* Willing to travel
* Able to work independently and in team work
* Fluent in English
